Overview:
Ni-Cu Tungsten Carbide Composite Brazing Rods   
It is composed of matrix alloy and tungsten carbide grits. Surface is coated with a special flux and colored to identify the particle size of sintered hard alloy and grade.
It is a high abrasion resistant hardfacing consumable applied to the severe abrasion and cuting tools in in oil drilling, mining, coal mining, geology and building industry.
The size of Tungsten Carbide Composite Brazing Rod is specified by the granular of sintered hard alloy with different color as following.
1-3mm, 2-3mm, 3-5mm, 10-18 mesh, 18-30 mesh.

 

Characteristics:
1. The granular hard alloy is sintered tungsten carbide with hardnes HRA89-91.
2. The matrix is so called Ni-Ag alloy with tension strength 87kg/mm2 and hardness HV265 at drawing condition, and tension strength 47 Kg/mm2 and hardness HV130 at casting.
3. The matrix and granular tungsten carbide hard alloy has micro melted that makes them to have a good jointing.
